Life gets better (?)
This is going to be one sad post, skip it if you're in a good mood and don't wanna ruin it.
There are so many stories out there, so many posts online, where someone would share how their life was shit and how they were going through such a bad time, facing rejections, relationship problems, family drama, etc. and how now it's all good and that how they're in such a good place in life.
But what about the people who still remain and are stuck in that phase? Obviously, we don't hear stories about them but it doesn't mean it all ends well for everybody, does it?
It makes me sound so cynical but what if it doesn't get better or things you think would eventually make sense, won't ever. What if the thing that you did out of your comfort zone scars you for life but you did it because people told you to do things out of your comfort zone and don't live in a bubble.
I read this quote somewhere that said, "What If I fall? Oh, but my darling, what if you fly?" What if I still don't fly and end up damaging myself, physically and emotionally? Why does nobody talk about the situations if things don't work out in our favour? Like, being optimistic is all good but what about the reality of situations?

We are all destined for things in life, good and bad. If our friend's relationship doesn't work out, we tell them, "You deserved someone better anyway, he/she was just not the right guy/girl for you" but what If he/she was and it's all fucked up now. There are people out there who end up spending their entire life alone, maybe they make peace with the fact and tell people they are happy with their life (and maybe some of them really are) but I feel that most of them just force themselves to be that way.
You see something, set a goal, work hard for it and eventually fail to achieve it. What would people say? "Ah, it's okay man, there are bigger things in life waiting for you". Well, there might be but you still did fail at something that you wanted badly and if it's big enough, it would change you as a person and not necessarily for good every time.
"Life gets better".. well, maybe it does. But isn't it ironic how we believe that things would get better in the future but then also we talk about living in the present and not worry about the future? Do you feel me? Does it make sense? Like, how does it matter that things would get better in the future when I am so affected by the things in the present?
Anyway, if you're going through a bad phase. I hope things do work out for you and if they don't, well I don't know what to say then because I, myself, am still figuring it out and tired of asking the same question every time:
"What if the pain never goes away?"
Also, what do you think about it? Does it get better?
Ok, Bye.

Brooooooooooo, I feel like inviting you to a cup of coffee that turns into 10 cups or more as we keep on talking about the 'reality of the situations' - keeping aside the optimistic shit of internet. I feel you brother, I feel you!!!!!!!
